im not really sure this qualifies as a " Cud" I dont know how large they need to be, to actually be a Cud. I did look directly 180 from the Cud and there actually is some strike weakness opposite this area. anyway opinions are welcome. thanks.

It looks to be a Cud to me but a very minor one.

it's a Cud and nice there is a Blakesley effect on the reverse.

Blakesley effects are on incomplete planchets. On the opposite of a Cud there might be weakness of the strike. This one is minor and I would not expect any weakness opposite this Cud.
