I found this one at work the other day. I immediately noticed the die chip below Roosevelt's neck, so I grabbed my magnifier and took a closer look. When I turned it over I saw the horizontal lines. I'm not sure what they are that's why I'm posting this. I also took pics of the motto because it looks to me that it could be slightly doubled, or it could just be die wear. Oh and maybe an RPM. I look forward to everyone's opinions.

That's a really cool die chip on the obverse. Maybe die damage on the reverse? Nice coin.

Reverse is just die scratches to cover a clash.
