Looks like someone did not hold the coin properly (fingerprints). Hard to tell from your photos but I would say at least an AU coin. Welcome to the CCF!

This series is pretty tough to grade in my opinion since strike detail can be easily confused with wear when the coin is less than uncirculated. With those images, I don't think anyone can give you a fair shake on a grade. Welcome to CCF!

No price guide values are carved in stone. I doubt that this coin is uncirculated.

Thank you,when my son was 3 he got into a 54 proof set that was in the flip pacs,,,and finger prints caused sever damage,,,can these be dipped or cleaned,,or is it worth it?I need any input,,,thanks again

Don't clean any coins. They won't get any worse before you learn what can be done. The topic is all over this site on cleaning coins. The general rule is don't do it. I could not tell that this was a proof half dollar from the picture.

just type this
cleaning coins

in the top line of the search page

and click on exact phrase. Leave the rest as is and you will have plenty to read on what to do about coins that want to look better.
