Creating a new post for a previously posted error cent. Would be curious to know what you all think regarding a grade and value for this coin. Here In the lower '48, I know nothing about grading Canadian coins except comparing them to our ANA standards. I was thinking a solid AU55 for this coin but would appreciate the assessment of the experts.

Note: I edited my previous post, but think many may have missed it (the edit that is). Many thanks for your opinions on the previous post and my 2011 Charlton guide is on the way.

Those Canuk's, don't ya know,
ya they grade a bit different, don't ya know, aye.
Our Au is their VF/XF, don't ya know.
So take off aye.
take off a grade level or two, to match their standards.
Up here in North Idaho, don't ya know, about 60 miles from the Canada, don't ya know.
Aye and we have fine Canuk's in here all the time.
Take off aye.

If it hasn't been cleaned, VF-30+ ... maybe XF-40 on a good day with certain TPGs. It looks to have no dirt at all and no luster .. maybe harshly clkeaned at some time.
