I was looking through some dimes today and came across this one. Is this a weak strike? I noticed at first the 4 was missing in the date, then noticed some of the letters are weak. Thanks for taking a look at it for me.

Probably Struck Through Grease. It seems on dimes that this is a common area to have grease build up, as I have seen several like this.
