The Dickens medal is uniface (blank on the other side), I assume? It's a book decoration - it would have been mounted into the cover of some kind of "prestige edition" hardbound book of Dickens' works, sold by Readers Digest or some other book factory. It's not particularly valuable, stripped out of its book like that. A book decoration just like this one was on sale at my coin club's recent auction for $1. There weren't any takers.
It's my understanding that British milk tokens are, on the whole, more common than their Australian counterparts - at least, here in Australia there seem to be about as many Australian tokens in the dealers stockbooks. Even if certain tokens from certain localities are scarcer than others, they aren't necessarily more valuable, because there are very few people trying to collect the "whole set". I have three British milk tokens; I paid a few dollars each for them.
Don't say "infinitely" when you mean "very"; otherwise, you'll have no word left when you want to talk about something really infinite. - C. S. Lewis
