It looks like corrosion has completely destroyed the coin.
Maybe the other side looks better but I would be surprised if it is identifiable.

From other side is smooth and has nothing.I am pretty sure that is ancient because I find that coin with the other coins but they have and rev. and obv.The other coin are roman and from Macedonia's king dynasties.The coin is uncleaned but is in very good condition.
Maybe is a unique one,i don't know so any help is welcome.
