It is not India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Vietnam, Cambodia, Laos,. The design is familiar to me, but I cannot place it exactly. It is a rice plant in a hand in a gear wheel- Agriculture and progress.... If it comes to me I will be back. Report this Post to the Staff

It certainly has the authentic look of mid 20th century Socialist design, but it's driving me nuts that I can't place it. Report this Post to the Staff
