I can't wait to see your commemorative collection Koin Hunter, hope you post some pics soon I'll have to remember to take some updated pics of my collection once I get my 2010 Poppy dollar as I've added 8 or 9 more coins since I took those pictures. By the way, thanks for the update on the Piedfot SML..........but what I really want to know is how you got the special treatment from the Mint? I was told my coin wouldn't ship until the last week in September or first week in October.......maybe I shouldn't have ordered those darn Roughriders coins after all

Well I guess the folks at the Mint were a little off in their shipping estimate.........I got my two Piedfot SML's and Roughriders coins today I got coins #3401 and #3424 so I guess they just pick them at random when they ship them out.

That's a great collection Koin Hunter, thanks very much for posting the pic You've got quite a number of coins that match what I've got in my collection; - Vignettes of Royalty - Crystal Snowflakes - Crystal Raindrops and Water Lilly - Several of the SML's including the Piedfort SML - Commemorative Dollars of course - Vancouver 2010 SML's I didn't get in on the Dinosaur coins but I should have as they are really nice. I can't quite make out the big silver coin (looks like the 2009 $50), but I've got a few of those in my collection as well (2006 & 2007 $50 along with the 1998 10 oz SML). By the way, I have to say you're a brave soul for keeping everything out in the open like that..........I hope you've got an alarm system and a few shotguns laying around to protect everything from "sticky fingers" Most of my collection resides in the bank vault or the big gun safe at my moms place........mom's pretty good with the shotgun

LOL......thanks Koin Hunter, I'm glad you enjoyed the pics. I may need to work on the will thing as there are a few family members who want in on it first. The 10 oz SML is a pretty impressive coin and does command a pretty hefty premium these days. There's a few up for auction on ebay right now listed between $350-$900 The one thing I could never figure out was how the Mint cam up with the Serial Numbers......mine is #018278 out of 13,533 minted

Looks like the Mint was a little off with a few more of their projected mintage numbers.
