2 Euro coins are 25.75 mm (Wikipedia).

Air-Tite Millimeter Listing says to use a 25 mm. But other places I see on the web say to use a 26 mm.

I'd like to use a 25 mm that way I can use the same size Model T holder with rings for both my 1 Euro (T23) and 2 Euro (T25) coins.

What size so you use T25 or H26? (so really I am asking is T25 OK even though the ring will be a little snug on the coin).

Thank you!

That question scares me. I'm old and although used the metric system in College and work, I still have to stop and remember 25.4mm to the inch. And all the flips I've ever seen at coin shows or coin stores are 1-1/2"x1-1/2" or 2"x 2" or 2-1/2"x 2-1/2". Never seen one but a dealer at a coin show told me there are 3" x 3" ones also.
And so far none at any shows are in the metric system YET.
Good question. I'll wait for someone that knows to answer.

An excellent solution for storing 2 Euros, that we use a lot in Italy, would be Leuchtturm round coin capsules. I have no idea if you could find them in USA, though. Try to look on their website.
Rest in Peace

If you are using the ring type capsules they should do fine. Like you said just a little snug on the foam insert. It is the direct fit where you run into trouble.
