84 Lincoln Memorial Cent / LMC With Issues

Today I found this 84 LMC with what seems to be a gas bubble above the date and some strange marks on the back of Lincoln's head. Does anyone know what they are? They don't look like pmd to me, in the pictures you can actually see the difference from the normal circulation scratches. Report this Post to the Staff

It has a 'rugged surface' (sorry, don't know the right terminology) and some letters are slightly doubled (specially the E in cent) with what looks like MD. I'll try posting a picture later.
