Hi, I already had this coin posted here on forum but the photo was made with iPhone and it was not so good, this one is far better quality.

So can anyone help me with grading this one?

I'm not really familiar with these but I'll take a shot.

AU 55 is my guess.

Nice photo quality by the way

Wow. You certainly took my advice to heart. Great pics.

I stand by my opinion: strong AU55, and a value in excess of US$1500 considering the inflating price of gold. There are fewer than one hundred certified in a grade higher than this coin. The coin's details exceed the requirement for AU55, I believe, but its' value quadruples between 55 and 58, so I suspect a professional grader would err on the conservative side.

The remote possibility exists that it's a counterfeit. If your desire is to liquidate the coin at some time in the future, I strongly urge you to have it graded by PCGS. There is no PCGS-affiliated dealer in Croatia - the nearest are in Vienna, Athens and a few in Italy. We will be happy to help you find an appropriate solution if this is the course you choose to take.

Well I got a friend that is a professional photographer so I asked him to make me few pics so I can post them here.

As for PCGS, Vienna sounds good, I got some friends going there all the time.

It was a bit better quality when it first came to me but it was in a bag with other stuff and I think it got some of the marks tumbling in that bag, too bad I didnt get to it sooner...

I dont know if I should sell it or keep it, what is your opinion about its possible price rise in the future SuperDave?

Thank You both for your opinin.

The detail in the photos is great, however the coin looks completely lifeless. There's actually too much direct lighting on the coin for the photos. You need to try out some indirect lighting methods. Maybe the surfaces look that dull...but I sort of doubt it.

I agree with the above. So much of the grading is based on the luster at that grade level. The photos are phenomonal at showing the detail, but give you no read on the remaining luster. Could be anywhere from XF-40 to AU-58.

If its really that overdipped its more likely to get an AU details cleaned grade than XF 40 with no designation.
