Number five & the last one I have scanned. I have 25 Horse Blankets all together. The artwork is just amazing on all of them.

Another nice looking note, Zee!
I just bought the 100 Greatest American Currency Notes. I'm sure there are some fantastic notes pictured there. I need to start reading it.

It looks like you are working on district sets zee. Those $10 are way cool. Still need: Boston Cleveland Atlanta Chicago St Louis Dallas But... wow what a collection so far!
I completely understand why you go on about collecting modern day FRN's. But keep this in mind.
Someone had to have the foresight to preserve some of those old notes. Even now I see people with graded modern FRN's for sale and I think "who would have that note graded?"
Truth is if people throughout history didn't have the foresight to do just that then I wouldn't have my uncirculated Black Eagle. There will come a day when even our common FRN's will be just a figment of some old farts imagination.
In 1914 I'll bet someone would have thought a person crazy to set aside one of your notes just to save. I can hear it now "zee is as crazy as a loon, those things will never be worth more that 10 dollars!"

Quote: zee is as crazy as a loon Yeah, I hear that all the time, no matter where I am or what I am doing, even from people who have never seen me before (maybe it is the way I dress or the way I walk). Quote: It looks like you are working on district sets zee. Those $10 are way cool. Still need: Boston Cleveland Atlanta Chicago St Louis Dallas Hmmm.......Nope, not familiar with those words. I am looking for 1, 4, 6, 7, 8, 11, A, D, F, G, H, and K. It really is a good thing that all of the red seals are series 1914, because they only have the series identified once on each note, so it could be pretty easy for folks to get confused as to what series they 'really' are ('no confirmation' you know). Did you know that as far as these red seals go, there were more New York district notes printed than all other districts combined ? Yup, and they remain many, many times more common than any other existing red seal notes. There were no red stars printed either.
