There appears to be some corrison going on and the I in KING has some damage. I can't tell from the image if this the high or low relief bust. I'd grade it at EF-40. The 1940 Bombay mint in high relief KM#530 is valued at $1.50, and the low relief KM#531 is valued at $1.00.

This is a "quarter anna" coin indeed. Its value is 1/64th of a rupee.( 1 rupee = 16 annas). One quarter anna known as one "pice" comprised of 3"pies".

This coin is made of bronze. Two varieties of this coin, one with a high relief bust and another with low relief exist. The coin shown seems to be of the low relief variety. It is commonly available in Indian numismatic market.
