That Tasmanian Tiger piece http://www.perthmint.com.au/catalog...oofcoin.aspx seems to continue the "Deadly & Dangerous" theme http://www.perthmint.com.au/catalog...-series.aspx ... so in a way it is part of a series. But I am not sure whether there will be more "Extinct" issues.

There seems to be a lot of conflicting information out there about whether it is indeed a new series,"extinct animals of Australia".
Even Downies is a bit cagey on the details!
