I found this with some junk in an old house and it is so worn I can't start to tell what it is. It is a tad bit larger that a US quarter. Can somebody identify this coin type so I can see what a good coin of this type looks like?
It appears there is a crown over the top of something on the reverse.
The obverse head is just plain gone.

Belgian 5 Franc in zinc, minted from 1941-1947.

And, if you want to see one in slightly better condition, click here for the French-language version, and here for the Flemish version. There's not enough lettering surviving to tell which version this is.
