face value, because it is just grafiti on the coin. Actually here in US if they see the grafiti they can refuse the coin as payment not sure about there

What do you mean grafiti? Take into consideration how small we're talking here...I don't think that it's possible to create that because of the size. I didn't even see THIS much detail with a magnifying glass. I had to scan it to see the full extent of what I was looking at.

The pic above is about 5 or 6 times larger than the regular size of the quarter mind you.

Edit: I just wanted to put an argument about "grafitti" on this coin. Think of how impossible it would be to create the "perfect" lines. On BOTH sides of her mouth. Not even wavering lines, not even the length is an error. Like I said, when I look at the coin with my magnifying glass, it looked like a "chip" was out. It was until I scanned it that I saw this.

I can't tell. See on the left side mustache line how there is kinda a curvy looking bit next to it(almost looks like a mole)? Well that would make up the "chip" out of the piece. I think the line is actually the end of the chip if you know what I mean..

Bryan, why are you so sure that it's graffiti? If the area is raised, it may be a die crack. Have you seen others like this?
