IMO, yes, it has been cleaned. Also, micro-porosity covers both sides.

For $3 you can't beat that. It looks to me like it may have some micro porosity on the obverse around libertie's face. Due to the rim hit on the obverse and mark on the chin I would say XF-40

It has micro-porosity on obverse and reverse uniformly.

Water > Acetone> 1-2 years on the window sill.
