For $3 you can't beat that. It looks to me like it may have some micro porosity on the obverse around libertie's face. Due to the rim hit on the obverse and mark on the chin I would say XF-40

EF-40+ details, corroded and cleaned Water > Acetone> 1-2 years on the window sill.
