I live in MD and I have yet to see one single ATB Quarter. Is this common? Would it help me to go get some bank rolls of them?

Just looknig for suggestions as I'd really like to start collecting them.

Since these things are not making it into circulation like I thought they would, kinda kicking myself now. Should of grabbed them at face from the bank when they had a box... >.<

I think it's kind of rediculous. It's cool if you have some (because they're hard to get), but isn't the point of making new coins to get them out to the general public? I may have to call some banks and see if they can order them or not... I'm sure I'll get the same answers you guys are.

We got several Hot Springs[both mm] and several Grand Canyon in NE Missouri but not a single one of the other two. I'm not sure roll searching will help you at this point since they can't really be found in circulation. It took a long time for the 09's to circulate so maybe later this year they will start showing up. WELL! it is middle of October I guess it is later this year isn't it.

I've found 2 so far in roll searching.

1 each - Hot Springs and Yosemite.

Both are Philly m/m's

I feel like we should have at least seen one already. I have about two rolls of 2010 penny's from circulation, a roll of dimes and nickels and I have only been looking for about a month.

Just doesn't seem fair to me

I haven't seen any ATB Quarters in the wild yet, although I did come across a very, very nice 2010D Roosevelt dime in circulation today. Could approach an AU grade. But none of the quarters.

I am by no means good at grading coins, but I've looked into how to grade the Roosevelt dimes and I have at least 5 at home (that have been pulled from the wild) with full bands top and bottom. I think finding these have helped me to understand a quality strike a little bit better...

That being said, it's strange I have this quality of dime floating around, but I can't find a single ATB Quarter.

I'm in the Chicago area and we've gotten all the new issues pretty early on in the past two years, except for 2009 nickels and the ATB Quarters. I've found 3 hot springs quarters (two in change at the bank and one from a vending machine) not long after they came out, but nothing since.

Keep in mind if you ask your bank to order the new quarters they will tell you they cannot. The FED is not allowing any banks to order the ATB Quarters like the banks could for the state/territorial quarters. That likely means some folks wont see these in circulation for some time. I have a feeling a lot of the FED banks are sitting on quite a few of these rolls that will make it to our local banks in time, but with the economy being bad people are still flooding the banks with their loose coinage and thus these banks don't have to order coin. Personally I have seen two Hot Springs quarters in circulation and that's it. Still no 2009 and 2010 nickels in circulation. Did get a 2010 dime a few weeks back. Thank goodness for the uncirculated sets so I know they actually exist.

Well I guess I'll keep on rolling my 2010 Dimes for now. The ones I'm getting are amzing strikes too! I guess I'm just not thrilled because I don't care about Roosevelts at all. I'd much rather see some quarters.

I just got my first Yosemite quarters out of my wife's purse. She can't remember where she got them. So, Yellowstone is the only one yet to be found.
