1964-D Nickel Repunched Mint Mark / RPM S?

pfriddle Valued Member United States 151 Posts	Posted 10/14/2010 11:32 pm I have some more pics for what seems to be my new favorite game RPM or Not? There's one 1964-D RPM in the Cherry Picker's Guide and it doesn't match any of these. So, what do you think? These are all 1964 D nickels from a couple uncirculated rolls. I have three coins with this mintmark with the pointy top left corner. This one looks like it could be triple punched? Another promising candidate. Thanks. Report this Post to the Staff

pfriddle Valued Member United States 151 Posts	Posted 10/15/2010 12:48 pm These pictures were taken with a USB microscope (Celestron 44302 - $43 on Amazon). I was never able to get good close up shots with my camera even after I bought a little tripod. I'll have to look more closely at CONECA. Last time I looked I didn't think there were many pictures. I tried looking around the public areas of the website again now. I see a list of doubled dies, RPMs etc. and for a 1964-D nickel, there are RPMs north, south, east, west and rotated CCW. WIthout pictures that isn't really very helpful. Report this Post to the Staff
