I've seen coins on e-bay with a nga grading but can not find any info on them has anyone heard of this company new to forum please help

thanks troy1025 it was very helpful I was going to bid on a 2010 toned silver eagle graded by nga-ms70 after reading the link you sent I went back to e-bay and noticed the person had several listed under 3 different names all with the same address I didn't think a 2010 silver eagle would tone that much in such a short time thanks again you were very helpful finders11
