Anyone Familiar With Early_american_auctions

Is anybody familiar with ebay seller early_american_auctions otherwise known as Early American History Auctions (EAHA)? It purports to be an auction house, sells its items as if it were a floor auction with additional online bids accepted via ebay (Live Auction) in the same manner as Heritage and Superior, but I haven't run across it before. It seems to be primarily a mail-bid operation. Some offerings:

It also seems to have a large number (in comparison with the large auction houses) of unslabbed coins in which grades have been assigned, presumably by EAHA. It's received some negative feedback for overgraded coins (and excessive fees).

EAHA's buyer's premium at 22.5% is also more outrageous than other auction houses.

Is EAHA a legitimate auction house, just a wannabe, or (at the other end of the spectrum) another fraud scheme?
