But a shift in culture could extend to numismatic materials. It seems to me there are a great many more of these people on ebay. For example, they have email address in Alaska, but have a proxy in the Philippines that makes the duplicates(Facsimile) of the rare coin then stete in their description that it may take 4 weeks for delivery- and I ahve noticed their delivery charges are outrageous- AS I said in an earlier post, there are always going to be some of these kinds of people out there- Just have to be careful.-- but have you noticed.?
