Last week I won this auction http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dl...81538643&ru=http://shop.ebay.com:80/%3F_from=R40&_npmv=3&_trksid=p3902.m570.l1313&_nkw=220681538643&_sacat=See-All-Categories&_fvi=1&_rdc=1 I know many would shy from it. When I won it the guy had zero feedback. I won it on 10/15, paid through paypal on 10/16. On 10/19 I received a email from paypal, saying seller has not has not claimed the payment. I have sent seller 2 or 3 emails. This morning I had a chat session with ebay, they suggested I call seller. I got his number and left a message, asking for a status of this sale. I have not heard from the seller at all. I know most would not have bid on this, with zero feedback and bad picture. To me I like to take a chance once in a while, he does list a money back return, and it was through paypal. Has anyone here had a problem like this, any suggestion on next step? File the complaint with ebay and request a refund from paypal. Not much more you can do. Report this Post to the Staff

Maineman750 Pillar of the Community United States 3592 Posts	Posted 10/21/2010 8:09 pm Definitely file the complaint if you hear nothing after a few more business days.Lots of new sellers think they can simply not sell if they don't get the price they wanted.That's what this sounds like to me. A negative feedback will hurt him pretty badly at this point too,so make sure you follow up. Report this Post to the Staff
