Pssst... this thread is almost 11 years old. I'm guessing Wornslick has probably figured out something by now. But maybe not.

jbuck and I were responding to the new member's post from earlier today, not Wornslick's original post.

Yup.

However, Worksick is welcome to use these ideas. Sometimes you have wait for the right fit, no matter how long it takes!

I know you weren't responding to Wornslick; I just thought it was amusing that we had revived an 11-year-old topic.

The ideas are good; my Dansco still has those 5 holes. Perhaps I'll do the PDSS of the Bicentennial half dollars for 4 of the holes and a generic Franklin reverse to show the bell for the 5th.

That also sounds good!

No one mentioned a 55 Bugs Bunny Franklin. Is it already listed in the album?

oooh, I like that idea... varieties, errors and such. But those guys can drive the price of a somewhat-reasonably-priced album up quite a bit.

If pursuing a Franklin "Variety" subset for the five holes, might I suggest:

1. A Full Bell Lines (FBL) example (any year)
2. A Proof Example (w/ Cameo Contrast; any year)
3. Type I (indistinct eagle feathers, reverse)
4. Type II (detailed eagle feathers, reverse)
5. Bugs Bunny (die clash, "teeth" added to Franklin portrait, obverse)
