So I normally don't ask for halves at the bank I order nickels from 'cuz I know one of the tellers is a collector, but since I haven't seen her in a month, I thought I would. No halves, but they did have 400+ ikes in the vault so I followed the time honored rule of buying coins at face (i.e. buy everything). Here's what I got:

Ran-Into-A-Big-Stash-Of-Ikes

No silver, proofs or '73s (of course), but there were a number of AU/BU coins and I'm 99% certain that I found 3 Friendly Eagles and 1 1972 Type 2. Couple of minor die clashes and 2 1976 Type I's too.

The coins were good enough that I junked my whole prior set and replaced it with coins from this stash. The Philly coins weren't as good or as numerous as the Denvers, but I think I got every date/mm and major variety with the exception of 1973 from this one stash!

Nice score!

That's awesome to pull a complete set for face! And a few varieties is just bonus.

I just love to find good coins in change and from rolls from the bank! Usually these coins aren't rare, but its so much fun to place in coin albums. Great work on the Eisenhower dollars!
