...this is what greets you when you open the box!

Look carefully...

Picked up two boxes of pennies today. This was the first box I opened. My heart skipped a beat!

Maybe I should list it on ebay and spout about how it's "WOW UNSEARCHED...LQQK"

MMMMMM! Dark brown, no sheilds, no 09 reverses. Should be a rewarding box with a few wheats thrown in. Good luck WOLF

There is a good possibility the Shield roll is solid because the other end is a 2010-D Shield obverse.

Ooooh I'm envious here. I picked up $10 worth of rolls from my bank tody and when I got 'em home, noticed there were many rolls I took back to them recently.

Also noticed a roll marked 2001 (it was mixed though) and another marked "damaged" ... my guess is I'm not the only roll searcher in my bank in this small town ARGH!

If you order boxes from banks (Canada here) I wonder if you would get all new coins or would they be a mixed lot of old and new all rolled together? I didn't order as I thought I'd get all new, but I sure don't want to be researching the same pennies I return all the time :(

You could throw it on the bay like you said, but the LQQK is mandatory!

That does look like it's going to be a blast to search!

Dottir, whenever I turn in rolls, they have a little x on them in case I'm in there one day and they try to give them back to me, I will know right away. Hasn't happened to me so far though.

Thats how I knew I got many rolls I recently took back. I marked some of the rolls

So does anyone know what you get in Canadian rolls when you order a box? We have to order in advance so the bank orders them for you. New coins or mixed old and new?
