Hey Guys! Just found this one? Is it silver? It's from Philadelphia, so I'm not sure. It's definitely not clad based on the side reeding.

How come the reeding is all silver? Boy did it stick out of the roll like a silver coin!

check the weight? 5 grams is a nickel. 5.670 grams is a quarter. It might have been struck on nickel stock?

Alot of coins that look really great, and you'd think they're silver are actually dipped. I think various companies or individuals make to sell and overcharge because they look like silver...

2 boxes this week.

No silver.

Lots of State Parks and Territories, BU State Quarters, some of which will be hole filler upgrades.

Got one more box today. Looking forward to obsessing over it.

Whole bag yielded zilch. I have been declining bags of quarters, but it was a slow week and I have a few hundred wrappers to use

good to see you as well bernie todays box had a 2001 proof just dont find that many proofs so that was a nice suprise - agrippa its just plated it is a downer but once you actually find a silver proof quarter you can see the difference

Bernie - I buy them from banks that have coin counters. You may get lucky enough that they sell them to you

Decided to take the plunge and look at Quarters this week.

1st box skunked
2nd box 2 S proofs

I think I will keep doing quarters for a couple of weeks
