so, I have hit roadblocks with my Lincoln set, 09-s, 14-d, 22,

so I want to venture out into the Franklin series. I have two at the moment, but I haven't given much thought about the grade and price budget I want to set.

i was thinking of doing at least MS quality and a budget of $20 a coin. is this doable?

Sounds doable. Some will cost more than budget for nice choice BU, the first half of series, but you should be able to make it up on the last half. The price of silver might be the biggest obstacle here.

Adding up the Greysheet bid price for MS-60 and you come up with around $423.50. Divide that by 35 coins and you have $12.10 per coin. But as Dvorak mentioned, with the price of silver going up, the greysheet might be a little behind in price. Don't forget the price of a album. Good luck to ya!

if anyone has ANY BU-MS franklins that they want to sell or trade, please let me know. I do have some 90% lying around.. I may not be able to buy at the moment, however trades will be possible. Thanks again

forgot to mention, I do have a 63-p MS quality in my 7070, but I would need another for this set

Only one you might have to splurge on is the 1955.

I agree with what has been said regarding the price of silver. Even so, it is still a very affordable set. I say you made a good call!
