Is this a ordinary Cud? I find it a bit strange that it has not a smooth surface. One can see details on the Cud.
What else could it be?

That's cool! I don't have any Sweden coins with a " Retained Cud".
I think a section of the reverse die broke and pushed inward, creating that raised impression on the coin.

I think DVCollector is exactly correct about the broken die.
