I was at my sister's relaxing, watching some football, when I spotted her change jar.

Well, what was I supposed to do? NOT search it?

Nothing but this strange quarter.
Has to be PMD, but it's so "clean".

Could have been some debris on the die/planchet and it came off after the strike? Reminds me of a Struck Through Grease also. "Just a dab will do ya."

It is a cool coin. Looks like either a delamination or a struck through to me. It looks like the exposed surface in that sliver next to the rim is a different age than the field next to it.

I agree with coop. Looks struck through debris which didn't get embedded.
