Hey guys,
Here is the full list of my coins dating back to 1902. I have 4 that have never been circulated, 3 proofs and about 90% of them are in great condition. All of them from the 90's up are still in the jar until I get a book to put them in. I am in a little bit of a pinch for money and need to sell some of them, anyone know of a good list online to look at that shows a complete listing of the current prices and how rare some of them are?

i don't see any particularly rare coins, you have some silver, but not much. most of the pennies that are 1959- I would put back through circulation, all of the quarters are only worth face value and all of the halves besides 1967 are also worth face value, although, if you want to put them in albums, I'd definitely keep them and then search for upgrades

the 1904 Buffalo nickel wasn't made in 1904 so its either a fantasy piece or you misread the date

numismedia.com is a pretty good price guide.

(Just Me: I wouldn't put any of them back into circulation. They are your collection!)

Adam, I do not see a country associated with this user, so if he/she is in New Zealand or Singapore or something, common LMCs may not be that easy to come by.

I've been playing around with the thought of selling them, the majority of these coins have been in my family for around 50 years, and for 30 years they have been in albums or packages. They haven't been touched in 10 years. The condition of the majority of the others is very close to these. I just have to take pictures of them.

As already mentioned, I too did not see any particularly rare or valuable coins, at least off hand. If that's the case, it may not be worth it to sell them as you most likely won't get much if anything at all. If you still want to sell them, I would sell them in lots.

These coins appear to have been heavily polished. If that is the case then you will probably have a very hard time selling for anything over face if at all. I hope you have not done that to them all.

The coins in the pictures are relatively low grade and have been polished or cleaned, sorry. I agree with Tim, cleaning coins is never a good idea. I would sell the silver and older classic coins, and it might not be worth it to sell the non-silver coins, especially those post-1950.

My grandpa originally had these coins, now I have them. I know he used to clean them and put them in the holders that they are in now. And he started collecting them in the 70's because of some old ones that he had found. I started collecting a little before he gave them to me, but I never polished or cleaned them. And I don't think my grandpa polished them, but I do know that he cleaned them. I got them 10 years ago and I haven't touched them since, they have just been in their slots, and I know he didn't like to touch them either.

Oh, these only looked polished because of the flash. When I was just comparing the pictures to the actual coins they look very glossy. It's just from the flash. They look normal in person.

Can someone tell me about these pennies though? Why do they have presidential stamps? Is it from a carnival machine or from the mint?

Check out the 1970S Small Dates. Depending on the condition, they might be worth something more than face.

I know the hold sentimental value to you but as far as collector value they are what they are.
