It might be a bit easier if the coins were in the same position for the obverse and reverse photos.

At least five of them have the little sun-face on them; those at least are from the Indian state of Indore, 19th century.

The size and/or weight will also be helpful. Indore made silver coins of 1/8, 1/4, 1/2 and 1 rupee, all with much the same design. A full rupee would weigh about 11 grams and be about 2 cm across.

The 14mm ones are most likely 1/4 rupees, then, with the smaller one 1/8 rupees.

Unfortunately, none of the coins are dated; coins with clearly legible dates are generally more desrable (and higher value) than coins where the date is off the flan. The small coin (top pic, bottom centre) has the partial date 129x; unfortunate that the last digit is off-flan but these coins were only struck up until AH1295 (= 1878 AD), giving you an approximate date for that coin.

Some of the coins also seem to have test cuts and/or chop marks on them. I'm not sure how that affects the value.

1/8 rupees generally catalogue at around $7 in VF condition in my old 2004 edition 1800s Krause, while 1/8 rupees go for around $6. With the rise in silver price sine 2004, you can probably double that at least.
