It's 1806, no coins were struck in 1805. I think it's rather a half, but to be sure measure the diameter.
Halfpenny is 29 mm, full penny would be 34 mm. We can start with that.

So, it's a halfpenny, just as I thought. Was struck at Soho mint (no MM though). 1806 is the most common of all George III halves. There are varieties, which would be hard to attribute on your piece, but nothing valuable. In this condition I'd be surprised if you got more than $1 for it.
