1971 - 72 Double Dollar Prestige Sets

parkay Valued Member Canada 287 Posts	Posted 11/15/2010 10:13 pm I was looking on Colonial Acres site at the double dollar sets. In the description for the 1971 set it says "The nickel dollar for this set commemorates the entry in 1871 of British Columbia into confederation" and in the 1972 set is says "The nickel dollar for this set is the same design as the circulating dollar in this set" Does this mean that there was no Silver dollar in those years? Usually these sets contained a nickel dollar and a silver dollar? Thanks for any comments Report this Post to the Staff
