I went Post office it seam to be a daily trip and got this in change will I post close up soon as I can get the Image re-sized!
it look like it has unum pressed in to it upside down.

Hi Amac

Were going to need better pics of the lettering, but as a rule, be suspicious of coins like this many people for one reason or another squeeze two coins together leaving some design details of the other coin on them.

On this coin,, if it were a clashed die which is one legitimate method of this happening, the unum would not be on the bust but at the rim.

This is what makes inverted strikethru's suspect. Short of some other proof, coins get squeezed together to imprint markings. Beware. Buy the double strikes with markings as normally struck. Metalman knows. Good luck. Gusp
