I don't know if we are allowed to post answers to this or not... but I hope we can. So where is the best place to buy my next couple of Dansco albums?
There are a lot of things that are considered when buying and I'm open to all of them. I've found a few places that look good (won't mention them yet), but I know people here have been buying them much longer then I have.
I haven't found a good local coin shop to support yet, so that's why I'm buying online. If any of you know of good dealers in Maryland I'm open to that as well!

If you can find coin shows try those. The ones by me usully have Dansco Albums for a fraction of coin stores. And even the Red Book is cheaper there. I pay $10 per Red Book each year for the hard cover. Usually, not always in all states and places there is no tax or at least at the ones I go to.

You might want to check ebay first, I've gotten several good album deals there before, including a new Barber quarter Dansco for $15 with free shipping.

I would like to know the answer to this question, too, because it seems like the websites with the lowest prices have the highest shipping and vice versa.
I was going to say one coin store I go to will have used albums that they give away free or nearly free and new Danscos for just above cost, and another store I go to (in a different location) sells them only at $$$list price. Both stores are great, but this is a huge difference between the two. Even if you find a store you like, it pays to shop around.

It figures that the last show I went to was a Whitman show. Do the small shows usually have Dansco's also? I'm hoping to go to one in December.
I'll check the links that were posted here and I'll let you all know if I find any good deals.

So I would probably go with ebay if I were buying myself. Looks like you can save a couple of bucks by going that route. However, family is looking for things to get me for Christmas. So I'll be pointing them to Tradewinds. They currently seem to be the lowest (all are pretty close though). So if you don't have any loyalties, that's where I'd suggest going. Thanks everyone.
