Charltons has one of the guides with large cent I belive and I understand that someone did a book on 59 varieties that is good at least I heard.

If you want to delve deep, Charlton has published various monographs on large cent varieties.

Myself, I've found the more recent Charlton numismatic Canadian Coins editions sufficient for my needs.
