I found this lying in the street and picked it up because it looked cool and I have never seen something like it before. It is small like a quarter and looks like it has been circulated. These are the exact inscriptions on it from top to bottom, "Communicate Saloon PIA 1994 BY MATAHARI". The "Communicate Saloon" part is small and on the top part of the coin and looks italicized. The "PIA" is big and in the middle and the cross of the A is like an ocean wave. The last part is small, on the bottom, and looks normal. This is on both sides of the coin. Thank you for any help you can give me.

Too bad the pis is so blurred, the PIA is similar to the Pakistan International Airways logo. Maybe for an intra-airport telephone system?

My guess would be a Japanese pachinko or arcade token. The only "communicate saloon PIA" I could find on Google, besides references to the tokens themselves (such as a few being sold on a Romaninan website) were on some Japanese architectural database websites, where one such place was translated as being a "single-storey tower playground". The token is certainly of similar style to other pachinko tokens we've seen on the forum, except for the curious lack of Japanese script on the token itself.

The tokens just like yours on the Romanian eBay-clone were being offered for 5 Romanian lei, so I don't think they're particularly rare or valuable.
