Just wanted to share my recent addition to my off center LMC collection.

All the S mints are tough to find. I'm thrilled with this one! I love how part of the mint mark is missing, but enough is present to leave no doubt it is an S.

How does something like this even escape the mint, and where do people find them?

Would they be supplied loose in bank bags at the bank?
Doesn't seem right though.

Good questions....I don't think you would find them in a roll. If they come in bags I don't see how they would get through a counting machine...unless they bag them by weight.

It was probably found in a mint bag that was sealed. A collector opened the bag and found this goodie inside.
