VAM-1D. Really appealing to a crack addict like me.

Edit: Yours looks MS, and therefore pretty high in the known set. Less than a dozen recorded so far.

Thanx SuperDave, you always come through. In my opinion it MAY go MS, I do see what could be either a weak strike or wear. I am thinking now of starting me a VAM collection. These things can be fun to hunt....

My gut feeling, based on nothing other than how the light plays off the eagle's breast, is that it's a Mint State coin. Of course, this wouldn't even be the first time today I was wrong.....
