You might have to take a pic of the whole coin as well. Your photos are better than what I can do, but for what I Can see I do not see and doubling Maybe shelf Doubling or Mechanical Doubling But not a double die, I could Be Wrong though.. Maybe with a better pic I can change my opinion.. It might take some time to get your answers as we all have different schedules on here, so keep checking.. good Luck and HAve a good Night. JIM

Interesting. Most 1921 doubling is toward the rim, rather than away like yours. How do the stars look? My quick guess is a fairly dramatic repunch, but I'd sure like to see the rest of the beast.

I am sorry, I sold it, for $20.00 on ebay. Everyone sent me nasty notes saying it was mechanical and I was stupid. But someone wanted it for their collection. Probably was worth more...knowledge is power...and I did not have the knowledge.

Oh MY!!!! I am sure SD would have loved to have been the one that received that one, what ever you do, DO NOT sell the 1921-S until SD tells you what it is (that is if you havent already)

No I still have the 1921-s, and I also have a 1921-d and a 1883-o that I am going to really study now.
