I found this coin/token at a labor days sale this year and have not been able to find it in any of my books. I need help! I apologise for the blurry pic. It has 20 c to the left of the frog and A CONS in large letters and a small capital letter (R) to the right of the frog.

My guess is that is an amusement token, with a redeemable value of 20c. I would also guess that it must have been made at about the time of between the Wars, because of the value, when a Quarter would have been the common nearest value for a fun ride at a fairground.

You don't get many fairground rides for 20c. these days!
