What are the diagnostics for these? Any tests? This isn't a MD find.

Does it have any luster? It looks pretty dull from here and if so, throw it back to pocket change. A number of post-mint alterations/conditions can give a coin a copperwash/improperly annealed appearance but the real thing will have full luster while imitators are dead

In my opinion first diagnostic, needs to be Mint State with luster. (1)If it isn't MS then the wear would break through the wash and the high points will show the normal color. (2) If if it doesn't have luster it probably isn't Mint State (See point 1)
