Very much a common coin here, even as BU, I find. Last time I roll searched a box of pennies, half the rolls were pure coppers, and out of them I didn't keep the 1-2 BUs from 1992, I felt there are too many of them that you can find from mint sets and circulation.

It was part of the 1992 125th anniversary issue coins. Quarters had special images on them (some quarters, anyways), and all the rest had the double date.

no, they're provincial quarters. Before the USA did their State Quarters, in 92 canada did provincial quarters in addition to a double-dated regular quarter.
