More from the vanished collection. Taken with a Konica "normal" lens attached with a reverse adapter to a Konica T, most likely. After 30+ years, I don't remember exactly what I used, although obviously the lighting was inadequate. I doubt that any VAMs are detectable from these photos (scanned and inverted from 35 mm copy film negatives) nor even distinguishing marks, but if anyone sees something interesting, feel free to post comments in the "vanished" silver dollar thread.

I just wanted to let everyone know I have updated pictures of the worn 1878 Long Nock in the original post. At first glance I think its a VAM-83 but need to look at it closer and right now I have an appointment I need to get to so it will be later, anyway I have uploaded the pics

Its Early Morning EST 18Th, I went ahead and scanned the 1882's.. Getting a jump start this time! 1882 CC GSA VAM 3C (98% sure) Hard to see on a scan, But really detailed magnified! Added scan from opposite angle 1882 O 1882 S (First Coin) 1882 S (Second Coin)

it may just be your pictures but 82-cc VAM 3C is strongly clashed, and I can't see it in your pics. the cracks seem to be close. but often its the angle of the photo's which allow us to see the details...
