upstate Pillar of the Community United States 3283 Posts	Posted 12/16/2010 09:24 am I would say this half is F15-VF20, so it may slip in at VF It does not look polished, or harshly cleaned, but it probably is cleaned (dipped) The color is too even for a coin with the amount of wear this coin has, especially around the devices flagging it as a cleaned coin. biokemist6 Bedrock of the Community United States 12437 Posts	Posted 12/16/2010 8:23 pm The 1949-S Franklin is the key of the Franklin business strike series so it does command a premium in all grades. I would grade it VF but I have a question about the provided images- are they scans or photos? Report this Post to the Staff
