Woohoo! Just pulled from a stack of used notes. Shame about the condition but it's my first ever binary (even the series number) and they're 1's and 0's.

It's a true binary, not just any two digits, exactly 0 and 1 !

( binary 1111000 = decimal 120 )

Syslav I think binary 1111000 equals decimal 140 not 120

svslav is correct.
for binary calculation you have to read from right to left
0x1, 0x2, 0x4, 1x8, 1x16, 1x32, 1x64 (0+0+0+8+16+32+64 = 120)

The binary code for 140 would have to be 10001100 (again from right to left).
