something on ebay, can I still report them to ebay? This is over hotmail, some guy was offering on one of my items and making silly offers....he had asked for my email earlier and appears to just be messing with me.

I didn't believe that you could, but I was just checking

I think you can, but ebay has a very slow system and doesn't take most of the complaints seriously. However, when it comes to a certain item being sold on ebay and an offer about it outside ebay I think after seeing the copies of the emails, they may take action.

I believe you can block out potential buyers to keep them from bidding on your items, I think you can do this with mail also.

doesn't sound like he is sending through ebay mail system, he is using his personal email to send them so don't think ebay will be able to do anything
