It's really tough to grade high MS coins from images. I the 67-68-69 range the pieces almost have to seen in hand.

That said, I would venture an MS67 guess based on what I see. The obverse seems to have a bit of corrosion/toning and reverse has a couple small spots.

Unless it's extremely ugly toning does not affect the grade of the coin, most of the bullion pieces such as your ASE come from the mint in MS-67 condition as a rule , the green giant boxes which are sold to dealers and the multiple tubes which the individual coins are placed in from the mint make these coins subject to abrasion,dings and nicks.

MS-67 is a standard grade for these silver Rounds, bherring is correct that to detect the nuances which would move the coin above the norm would require an in hand look.
